Existing connection
Confirm supply, phases, main protection, existing generation and relevant records.

Solar grid connection
Before you choose an array or battery, FLO checks what your existing electricity connection may allow and which network process applies.
Every property is different. The free survey checks what is possible before you commit to a system.

The answer you need
At concept stage. Proposed inverter capacity, phase arrangement, existing generation and export behaviour determine whether notification, application or export limitation is required.
The property-specific checks
We use these details to work out what is practical, what needs more investigation and what the next step should be.
Confirm supply, phases, main protection, existing generation and relevant records.
State aggregate inverter capacity, export potential and control strategy.
Identify notification or application route, evidence, timing and possible conditions.
The next step with FLO
FLO starts with your property, then explains the recommended work, the price, important exclusions and the next steps in writing.
Good to know
They are different connection routes tied to generator characteristics and capacity. The installer should identify the route for the actual equipment and connection.
A compliant control arrangement can restrict power exported to the network. It must be designed, accepted where required and commissioned correctly.
It can. Network assessment looks at connected generation and how equipment can import or export, not only the solar-panel rating.
An installer cannot guarantee network approval or timescale. Do not order a design that depends on unrestricted export before the relevant route and conditions are understood.
