The survey planner and question form keep your answers on your device until you press the button to send them. The details you submit then go securely to the FLO team.

Information you choose to send

FLO Renewables Scotland Ltd may use your name, contact details, question, postcode and project information to answer your enquiry, assess your property or project, arrange a survey, prepare a proposal and keep appropriate business records. The website's email delivery provider processes the notification on FLO's behalf, and it is delivered only to authorised FLO and website-support recipients. Do not include information that is not needed for your enquiry.

When you use the optional postcode checker, the postcode is looked up through Postcodes.io to estimate location. This check does not send an enquiry to FLO. If you continue to the survey form, the postcode is carried over in the browser address fragment, which is removed after the form loads.

Site analytics and cookies

This website does not currently set analytics or advertising cookies. External websites linked from this site apply their own privacy and cookie policies.
