Roof readiness
Inspect condition, remaining life, structure, shade, orientation and safe access.

Solar panel installation
A free survey checks the roof, your electricity use and the installation route before FLO recommends a solar system.
Every property is different. The free survey checks what is possible before you commit to a system.

The answer you need
Roof condition and usable area, shade, annual generation, on-site use, inverter capacity, cable routes, electrical condition, grid process, access and monitoring should all be visible in the proposal.
The property-specific checks
We use these details to work out what is practical, what needs more investigation and what the next step should be.
Inspect condition, remaining life, structure, shade, orientation and safe access.
Model generation against the building's own demand and realistic export assumptions.
Confirm inverter, protection, cable routes, metering and network requirements.
The next step with FLO
FLO starts with your property, then explains the recommended work, the price, important exclusions and the next steps in writing.
Good to know
Yes. Solar PV generates from daylight. The site forecast should account for location, orientation, shade and system losses rather than rely on a generic national figure.
The required level depends on the building, roof and evidence available. Structural capacity and fixing suitability must still be established before installation.
Eligible systems may access an export tariff, subject to metering, certification and supplier terms. Network permission and export limits are separate checks.
A roof image and annual bill cannot prove structural suitability, final generation or savings. Forecasts should expose the assumptions and separate self-use from export.
